The short version
Deyra shows you people who are physically near you right now. If you both wave, you get a short, private chat. Be decent, be safe, and don't use Deyra to hurt anyone.
1. Who can use Deyra
You must be at least 18 years old to use Deyra. If your country sets a higher minimum age for social apps, that age applies to you instead. One account per person. Don't create an account for someone else, and don't use an account that isn't yours.
2. Your account
You're responsible for what happens on your account, including keeping your password private. Tell us at support@deyra.net immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour
By using Deyra you agree not to post, send, or share:
- Sexually explicit material, nudity, or anything sexualising a minor.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or attacks on a person or group.
- Violent, graphic, or self-harm content.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to sell anything.
- Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of who you are.
- Anything illegal where you live.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours, and accounts that break these rules are removed. See the Community Guidelines in the app for details.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every profile and every chat has a Report and a Block action. Blocking removes the person from your discovery feed and theirs, immediately and permanently. Reporting sends the account and the reason to our moderation team.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your photo, bio, links and messages. You grant Deyra the limited licence needed to store and display them to the people you're matched with. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time from Settings.
6. Safety in the real world
Deyra connects people who are physically nearby. Meeting someone is your decision and your risk. Meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. Deyra does not run background checks on anyone.
7. Availability
Deyra is provided "as is". Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deyra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from your interactions with other people on it.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, you'll be asked to accept the new version before you keep using Deyra.
